In the Haut Var, near the Verdon Basses Gorges and the Sainte-Croix Lake, residential complex of 2 semi-detached houses, new, 65 m2 and with 13 m2 terrace each, 5 people maximum, 3 rooms all comfort, located in Baudinard-sur-Verdon.
Extra person: 10 € (from April to June and in September for renting at night above 3 pers.)
Overnight: from 70 € to 80 € (from April to June and in September; rates per night (2 nights minimum, 3 persons maximum) (+ 10 € per extra person))
Week: from 390 € to 660 €.
Prices include water and electricity, for the month of April provide a supplement for heating consumption.
Tourist tax not included: 0,50 € per day and per adult.
Weekly rentals are from Saturday, 4 p.m. to Saturday, before 10 a.m.
The reservation is done by signed contract (by mail, mail and fax), with 25% deposit of the rental amount.
A deposit of 400 € will be requested at the handing over of the keys and returned at the end of the stay.
The reservation is made for a fixed number of people. No other person will be accepted without the prior agreement of the owner.
Bed linen, dish towels, towels are not provided.
They can be put at your disposal for rent for: 7 € / bed 1 place, 12 € / bed 2 places, 5 € / pers. for towels (1 small, 1 large) + 1 washcloth, 5€ for kitchen towels and apron.
Tenants are requested to return their rental in perfect condition, as they found on arrival. However, cleaning can be done for the extra sum of 70 €.
