On the ground floor of the villa OVerdon, you will discover a magnificent living room of 56 m² with open kitchen, lounge and covered terrace overlooking the lake. On the garden level, 3 cosy bedrooms with terrace access, including a parental suite with private shower room, a pantry, a shower room and separate toilet. Outside, a pretty bucolic garden with trees of 500 m² will offer you nice moments of relaxation with always the same unique view on the lake.
Access to the centre of the village is just a 2-minute walk away.
