Immersed in the history of a medieval village, your order will be prepared in the former "dwelling" of the gatekeeper of Château Grimaldi. The menu pays homage to Belgian beers. You'll find a choice of over 40 references, including the finest Trappist beers. To order, we can serve tapas of Provence delicacies: tapenade, tomato caviar, anchovy paste and olives, accompanied by seasonal vegetables from our garden.
