Based on a terroir that has been exploited for centuries, the vineyard is made up of noble grape varieties of the highest quality.

With the majority of the vines being 35 years old or more, the potential for vinification is immense.
With the majority of the vines being 35 years old or more, the potential for vinification is immense. The particular grape varieties of Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cinsault, which have always been maintained with the greatest care, give a particular aptitude for vast varieties of quality wines.
It is here that the best appellation d'origine contrôlée wines are made. The land is worked in an ecological way. The vines are pruned at low yields.
The grape varieties used are Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cinsault for powerful, structured red wines and supple, fruity rosés.
On two of the 12 hectares of the vineyard, Sauvignon Blanc and Rolle (Vermentino) were planted in April 2009 for white wine vinification.
To guarantee a superior quality of the wines, the work in the cellar is usually done by gravity, after a manual selection of the best bunches. Both red and white wine are matured in French oak barrels of superior quality.
This process guarantees exquisite wines that go wonderfully with meat, cheese or shellfish.
